She'd managed a text message. Several, in fact, and was currently turning a boring Saturday into a day with friends. A day with friends. She wasn't sure she'd ever said that, and wasn't entirely sure how it would go, but there was a little bottle of Ativan in her pocket that could smooth many edges. Pizza and popcorn could smooth the way too. You didn't have to talk when your mouth was full.
She checked the slip of paper again, then walked up to what she hoped was the right door and juggled the pizza boxes to knock.
