RP: Opening Reception for 'Once Upon a Time'

Allison had spent the better part of the day taking photos of the exhibit for the website (needless to say, she was really excited about that) and had gotten away from the place long enough to run by the gym, run by her house to shower and dress before finding herself back at work. She found that having the gym right down the street was extremely handy. As far as she knew, Brianna had planned to come out to the opening reception as well and she couldn't wait to see her. She had been so excited to hear about Bri getting hired on at The Affair. It was better suited for the woman's talents than finance had been and while the atmosphere was sure to be an adjustment, she knew Brianna could do it and make a name for herself.
But now after a week of waiting, or month - however you wanted to look at it, the opening reception of Tyler's show was here and about to get under way. The hor dourves had been delivered and were set out on trays inside of the gallery on the second floor. Wine and drinks were ready to be served right next to the food and of course, pastries and coffee were being sold half price on the first floor. Instead of wearing a dress like the first time, she had opted to wear some nice slacks and a button down shirt and her favorite pair of heels. Needless to say, Allison was really excited to see how the reception would turn out considering what the numbers were looking like for the opening weeks attendance.
Allison had just made sure everything was set to go before making her way back to the front. She had a name tag for Tyler and went behind the counter to take a drink from her water as she waited for people to start showing up.
