YOU ARE INVITED
to a conference on Spira's future.
TOPICS to be covered include:
ATTENDANCE is mandatory for you, the recipient of this letter. You may bring up to four delegates, should you so choose, to accompany you. Your delegates are not permitted to attend in your place.
Failure to attend will be taken as a sign that you do not wish to participate. Therefore, all decisions will be made without your group's influence or participation, and with no consideration toward your group's position.
DISAGREEMENTS, even heated ones, are acceptable. However, insults, disparaging comments, tirades, and tantrums are not.
While at this conference, you will be a guest of the Lady High Summoner's, as are all of the other attendees. Any slight to another attendee will be taken as a slight against the Lady High Summoner herself, and an insult to her hospitality.
EXPULSIONS will occur, if necessary, for any individual who is unable to be civil and decent toward other attendees. If you are expelled, it will be taken as a sign that your ego has outweighed your group's positions. As your ego means little to the conference, your group's positions will likewise be discarded. Therefore, all decisions will be made without your influence or participation, and with no consideration toward your group's positions.
SHOULD NO ONE choose to attend, or should all attendees subsequently be expelled, the Lady High Summoner will be more than happy to determine a solution herself, one which she promises no one will be pleased with.
