woah big lacrosse drama tonight... we had an awesome banquet and at the end announced next year's captains, and one of the girls who's been a captain with me the past 2 years did not get voted in for next year, but instead my roommate did. so.. I don't know how that's going to blow over. All I know is that she stormed out of there pretty quickly, and this is going to have a huge (beneficial) impact on my stress level next year!
Also, these past two weeks have been an awesome relief from school.. I have had almost no homework, which never ever happens to me, even though I had 3 hell weeks right before then where I had at least one paper/test/assignment due each day on top of the intense lacrosse season.
PLUS I only have two finals this semester + a piano jury, when I usually have at least 3 or 4 finals. yay! In a week I will be DONE with school!
And THEN! By next friday I will be on a plane to Ireland! I am sooooo ecstatic! aaron and I will be there for 2 weeks which is amazing, and we get to hang out with Gretchen since she's studying abroad there. I have been wanting to go to Ireland my whole life, and in fact wrote my big 6th grade essay about how much I wanted to go there. SWEET!
And then it's summer, and summer will be hectic but amazing, because I am moving into a House.. yes that's right, an entire 3 floor house with 3 of my great friends + boyfriend, rather than the shitty 4 bedroom/kitchen without a living room upstairs apartment. And I will pay the exact same amount.. how does that make sense?
