01: I, uh, already died once. And though I came back, I can't remember what happened. Last I do remember is a sharp pain in my back from Jake Talley, a person who'd been visited by Azazel, and my brother staring at me as everything faded away. Then I woke on a bed with a phantom pain.

04: St. Louis, Missouri. Dean's shapeshifter. Let's just say a really big knife was involved.
05: Home in Lawrence, Kansas. Lamp cord. Strangulation by unseen spirit.
06: Jefferson City, Missouri. Big rig truck that crashed into Dean's car while I was driving. Almost lost my brother.
07: Rivergrove, Oregon. Demonic virus. I'd been attacked by someone infected with the virus and thought I too would turn. I told Dean to stop me before I attacked him. He refused thankfully, and strangely, I had been immune.
08: Lafayette, Indiana. Gordon Walker. Was almost blown up.
09: Black Rock, New York. Unlucky rabbit's foot.
10: Folsom, California. Prison.
11: Gordon Walker. Again.
12: Ypsilanti, Michigan. Pagan Gods. Almost became a sacrifice.
13: Harry Spangler and Ed Zeddmore.
