Prussia's been here a while, so he's pretty used to the Hotel's shenanigans and the surprises it usually gives its guests. The
devil outfit (complete with tail and wings) is a welcome surprise in his closet when he sees it. It's definitely better than a lot of the other things you encounter here, like surprise aphrodisiacs and random tentacle

A lot a lot.
But still, she rubbed her forehead and held a hand out to take one of the glasses of wine from a stray passing by butler type person. Taking a sip soon turned in to taking the whole thing and chugging it back before setting the glass off again somewhere else.
"So strange to be celebrating it this way." She muttered to herself.

Conversation is always a good starter though, so he takes another sip of his beer and opens his awesomely witty mouth.
"Ya think?"
Very witty. Very awesome. He is so fucking screwed.

Ugh, his ego must be huge by now because of that one night.
Glancing up at him, she nodded with a faint smile only to look away shyly. "I usually celebrate All Saint's Day rather than Halloween."

He still has no idea what to think about what has happened between them. What are they supposed to do now? What does it mean?
Ego? His ego has nothing to do with this. Having sex with Hungary isn't something he thinks is worth bragging about. It's something very private, thank you very much.

At least the beer was ok. She wasn't one to really go to parties, but she had stumbled in here by chance and someone had offered her a beer. She knew that it was probably a bad idea to do so, but she did need to loosen up a little bit and relax. At least that's what Italy kept telling her. She didn't think that she needed to, but she might as well try.
She was looking around for another tray of beer when she accidentally bumped into him. "Entschuldigen Sie," she said in German without even realizing it.

SCORE! And German cleavage at that!
Crimson eyes lift up to examine the woman who just bumped into him. Short blond hair, blue eyes, nice tits and that costume. This is a gift if he ever saw one.
"It's perfectly awesome." He continues in German, highlighting his words with a charming grin, the kind that he always used on pretty girls who catch his attention. Said grin is the kind that most soldier boys used on the ladies back in the day. It's a grin that's served him well in the past. Prussia does know a thing or two about flirting with the girls when he feels like it, but it's not always a guarantee that he wins them over. He's pretty special.

"I didn't think anyone else spoke German here," she said with a smile. "I'm Monika." Might as well introduce herself to the man she had bumped into. It only seemed polite.
His own smile seemed familiar, like something she had seen before, but she couldn't really place it. During the wars, she was always too busy to flirt.

"Been here long?"

Of course, he ends up flagging the bartender for a scotch on the rocks, taking a rather generous gulp, and leaning against the wall as he kept an eye out for something interesting to do.

If there's alcohol, Gilbert's certainly going to find it eventually. It's not a surprise then when he winds up at the bar and orders a beer. The party's pretty okay, but he hasn't come across anyone he knows or someone particularly interesting. Spending time with his bestest best friend ever, bier, sounds like a good idea.
He plops down over a bar stool and waits for his order, not quite noticing a certain Phantom leaning against a nearby wall.

Sadiq's eyes rolled towards the voice, typically finding the behavior to be annoying. Not that he was never rude himself...
Personally, Sadiq was finding the party boring, minus the occasional lady with nice legs strutting on by in a revealing costume. He didn't socialize much, and when he did, it didn't often end peacefully. If he did recognize someone, Sadiq likely wouldn't go out of his way to say hi. Gilbert was among the few that he knew there, though they couldn't be considered that good of friends when they had only spoke in passing a few times.
Fuck, he had nothing better to do. The older man strolled over easily and sat beside the other, finishing his scotch and gruffly requesting another. "My treat."

Gilbert and Sadiq aren't really close, but they've been around each other long enough that they couldn't possibly mistake each other for anyone else. Well, Gilbert couldn't. Sadiq's pretty distinct in his point of view. That height, that voice, that mask--who else could it be despite the fancy threads?
"Türkei." The Prussian ex-Nation acknowledges him with a bit of a smirk just as he gets handed his glass of beer. "You're here too?"
