It wasn't enough to suddenly be in yet another strange hotel room, oh, no, he had to be naked as well. Ky was peripherally aware of another person, although he didn't look at them to determine anything like age, gender, and whether they were naked as well

While had been fortunate in waking up with clothes, she felt self conscious nonetheless. After all, the attire that had been provided for her left little in the way of imagination, and only emphasised the point of their entrapment more.

As she finally dared herself to look at Ky, though keeping her eyes to at least shoulder level, she bit her lip on seeing the attempts to open the door. This scenario wasn't a first for her, so naturally had expected as much. Even so, she felt bad at the sight of the other occupant of the room trying to leave, which only worsened on seeing his frustration.

"Well, that's not a new trick for this place." she sighed, though obviously sympathetic, but unsure of how exactly to bring up the obvious escape route. For the moment, she would settle on easing the awkward tension, smiling softly and offering a friendly hand. "At the very least, we don't have to be strangers during this. My name's Amelia, what's yours?"

Ky kept his eyes respectfully on her face while he shook her hand, although he jerked his hand back from the contact after a brief moment. It felt too intense, everything felt too intense. "Ky. It might be best if we kept our distance from each other."

With that Ky moved towards the closet, looking for clothing in there without any luck. He'd like to get something on, although he wasn't resorting to a blanket from the bed just yet.

She had planned to say more, but was cut short as Ky moved away in order to search for something to wear. While she respected his logic and appreciated that he wasn't just taking advantage of the situation, Amelia still felt uneasy. How long would the restraint last with the amount of aphrodisiacs being put in the air right now?

"Can I help you at all?" she asked, keeping her distance as he requested for the moment. After all, she did not wish to force this either.

Ky had some practice with restraint, at least, even if he was fairly susceptible to the aphros. He wasn't sure what to say in response to her question, other than 'Don't have sex with me' and 'Have a less attractive voice', neither of which he was remotely going to say.

"Nothing beyond what you're doing now." He leaned against the closet door, inhaling deeply and letting the aphro wash over him for a second so he knew how much of it he was dealing with.

This wasn't the first time that Aki had been stuck inside a room with someone weird. Generally, it wound up leading to simply waiting for the hotel to get bored enough to let them go. But it was always the luck of the draw.

Her eyes followed him about the room until he finally gave up on juggling the knob. A hand in on her cheek and the elbow in her lap, she sighed and shook her head, "We'll be here for longer than you might think. This hotel has a way of wanting to bring people together without their permission..."

Ky frowned at her words. "It can try, but I'm quite patient." The aphro was a different issue, but boredom certainly wouldn't be a contributing factor to the pressure Ky felt.

"The hotel can't have any particular motivation for bringing the two of us together, therefore it would be ridiculous for whoever is controlling it to be overly invested in us doing anything."

"Their patience is surprisingly solid."

Aki quirked a brow. She remembered being quite similar when she first came here-- only this time she managed to get caught up in the "stuck in a room with a stranger" gig merely because she didn't feel like trudging to her "own" room for some shut-eye.

"The motivation is just to get in on the things people do behind closed doors or in tight spots. You figure it out fairly quickly after a week or two," a shrug of her shoulders and she pulled the sheets up to cover her chest a bit more. The room was polite enough to at least leave her in her underwear, "My name is Aki, by the way."

His eyes were firmly on her face. "My name is Ky. And I'm not so naive or been here for such a short amount of time that I don't understand what it does. Nor can I say that I haven't yielded to temptation before."

He looked contrite about that for a moment. Having sex with an alternate version of himself was hardly something he was proud of. "But I'm entirely opposed to this sort of coercion. Well, I'm opposed to any sort of coercion."

Sol wasn't one for games or anything like that. He hated being jerked around and he hated people thinking they can control him. So, the moment Ky turned around and tried to even address him, the bird was flipped. Hell if he was going to take some half assed apology.

"You're sorry, boy?" Was that all he could say? It had been a few minutes and Sol was already annoyed at the holy night. Of course, Sol hadn't moved to try the door himself, instead he was now lounging on the bed with his hands folded behind his head.

I so very very much do not mind.

"S-Sol." Ky stared at Sol for a second, trying to figure out what his problem was this time, and then Ky's brain caught up again with the fact that they were locked in this room and would be until they had sex or the hotel got bored. Good thing Ky's plan was already not to have sex, right?

Ky flushed and dropped his hands to try to cover himself. "I didn't know you were in this hotel place...?"

Luckily for Ky, Sol didn't know about the hotel's little rules. He had found himself in the room without any warning. Of course, it was just another notch in the Piss Sol off bedpost, but what could he do about that now?

"I didn't know either." He grumbled. The Gear licked his lips a bit, there was one thing that was obvious even to him, Ky was holding something back from him and he didn't like that.

"You know something." There was no "what is it" or "tell me", because Sol simply expected Ky to be forthcoming with the information, and if he wasn't he'd just have to throw the liar card into the mix.

Ky fixed wide eyes on Sol. He didn't know what sort of place this was? Ky really didn't want to have to explain it, but Sol did deserve an explanation.

"We're in some kind of sex hotel," Ky choked out. "There are drugs in the air, food, and water and sometimes people get locked in a room together until they...you know. There's no way to get out of the hotel that I've seen."
