Allen was still relatively new to the Hotel. He'd managed to sneak away from "Master" Cross's insane training for the day but he'd somehow wound up here. Where 'here' was, he had no idea. Everyone was dressed in amazing costumes. True, the clothes were a bit more skimpy than he was used to seeing but the costumes were definitely something to see.
He hadn't been to an anime convention. Ever. So being here, in the middle of one, was a new experience for him. He was pretty sure that those doujins weren't supposed so pornographic. Nor were those stands supposed to be selling those kind of toys. An anime convention was hardly the place for that kind of thing. He tried to skirt around one of the larger crowds but all he accomplished was being pushed into one of the more "special" areas of the convention.
Allen found himself in the "yaoi" section of the convention. Everything here was devoted to yaoi. Yaoi doujins, yaoi cosplayers, yaoi fan art, yaoi posters. He tried to escape by sneaking into what he thought was a movie theater. He found himself in the middle of an intense discussion on the art of yaoi instead. It seemed there was no escaping this section and he had the distinct impression that other people were giving him odd looks. Maybe he should try on a costume to blend in?
