*laughs* This came just as I was dealing with the whole mess. She commented on trojanfightclub's fic that it was nasty and in bad-taste. So I threatened her with a ban. Then she tried to whine about it publically, so I just plain banned her.

Dude, the userinfo in the community has a 'no second chances' policy, and I was nice enough to give her one. *shrugs*

I think the problem she's having wrapping her mind around the fact some of us don't actually give a rat's ass about historical Baldwin, we're just writing his movie personality into fanfiction. Granted, it's a thin line that's hard to bridge between "real person slash," but since I believe the author is basing Baldwin upon his movie portrayal, that degree of separation is enough for me.

I really didn't want to ban her, but you know...I can't believe she said something that bad on the board. Isn't she supposed to be in her 30's? If she's a published historian, why is she trying to stir up drama on LJ for fuck's sake? Doesn't she have anything better to do with herself than get on the slash fangirls?
