What a night last night. Jesus, Chelsea is fucking lame. So last night Chelsea was like Oh my god I'm so scared! Because we were at a party. So were walking home. Then Chelsea is like we've got to run from the cops. I thought she was mentally retarded because both her and Nicole were running away from a police car. So of course, they defeat their whole purpose of trying not to get busted by the cops. So the pigs started following us into this like parking lot and then they just booked it. If I had to deal with anyone stupider I may have died. So just because I have a brain in my head I just walk like nothing is happening. So two cop cars pull me over and their like whos your buddy. And their like whos that guy that is running from us? So I go, I don't know what you are talking about. Because there was no guy, fucking pigs. So apparently some people had been putting bricks out in the road to try to get people in accidents. So then the pigs go, isn't it a little past your bed time. Now if anyone knows me, this is when I blew it. I'm like why is it your place to discriminate against the youth. We don't do it to people like you. Is it against the law to try to get home and be safe? Why is it that you are treating me with such disrespect? So far I have been answering more than I should. Then their like well your out past curfew. Then I go, curfew is just a law in which people stereotype a certain age and think they're always up to no good. Then the pig goes hey, hey... So then I interrupt him and I'm like I'm only doing my job thats what you were going to say. And hes like ya. So then they're like so what is your year of birth. So I tell them and their like well your not being very cooperative. And I go, I'm actually answering more questions then I should. Legally, all that I have to tell you is my name, and if I have ID. And then their like no you have to tell us everything. Now being a pig is enough to make me mad, but being a stupid pig get's me fucking pissed. So I go, officer you don't know what your talking about. I will take you to court with this issue if you want. I am involved in a jail duty and I know my legal rights. Then he's like I think I would no more, my girlfriend is a lawyer. HAHA what a dumbass pig. He has to get legal advice from his girlfriend. If you haven't noticed yet I have no respect for pigs, every single one of them. So they ask me what is going on and I tell em that my friend was scared and she just wanted to go home, and that now that I'm not there, she's probably more scared now. I said that we just wanted to go home and that I was sorry if people are putting bricks in the middle of the road, but it wasn't me. So then they give me a search, which was stupid because they didn't have the right to. Well I didn't argue with them with that because I was in no mood to go downtown. So I say officer there is a knife in my pocket, I want you to know that when you are searching me. And the officer is like what are you gonna do stab me with it. FUCKING MORON! Was he fucking serious. AHH! God damnit new ass cops. God I can do their job better than they can. So it takes em a while and then they go deuh thanks telling us that there was a knife in your pocket. NO SHIT DUMBASSES. Well anyways I forgot to mention that I said to them that if I have offended their libery that I was sorry. I told them that I hated cops because I'm always profiled and I was treated with police harassment before. That I know what cops do when no one is looking. And they understood. Believe me, if you knew what they do to some people in this area you would be pissed to. So anyways, they let me go and call my parents to check if I'm not a run away. This is at two in the morning so my dad is pretty pissed and my mom thought I had died and went through a panic attack. Thanks a lot fucking pigs. O ya, hah they gave me my knife back. You've really saved the day here. So I had to clear shit up with my dad. He thought I was a dumbass for defending my legal rights. But everyone knows their limits so I did know when to stop mouthing of with the pigs. Legal advice of the day from Ben: ALWAYS ALWAYS tell the truth to pigs, if you lie to pigs about your name a. if a real crime is going on your automatically the number one suspect, and you will probably get charged with a crime you didn't do b. it will piss off cops and they will try to interrogate you because they think your trying to cover for yourself, batons hurt like a bitch and your either gonna get maced or hit with a baton if you lie about your age c. They can put you in jail for like a couple of months and will make a big fat fine for your parents or you to clear up. Always ask if you are in jeopardy of being arrested, and if they say no, say then there is no problem and ask if your free to go and walk away. It's more of a risk to ever be around a cop, being nervous can make you blab all sorts of things. If you really are being arrested, only tell them your name and give them your id if you have one. If they go, legally you have to tell me your blah blah, say I will not disclose any information without a lawyer or a legal adviser present with me. Believe me, I'm basically a lawyer, they will try to bullshit you into getting information out of you. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING TO A COP. THEY WILL MIS QUOTE YOU AND USE IT AGAINST YOU IN COURT! If you say nothing but your name, your not in jeopordy. If you do go to jail ask the police for an independent legal advisor, those guys do anything to get young people like you and me out of a holding cell. There your best friends at that moment. If your a girl, and the police ask to search you, ask for a female officer to search you. Legally, they are forced to have a female officer search you. And if they don't and you get arrested, all you have to do is bring that up and the judge will have less belief in the cops story. Don't ever smart off like I did unless you know what you are talking about and you know how to make cops sympathetic and understand that if they fuck up legally around you that they will be screwed. So I wouldnt actually advise talking to them at all. Unless you are as big as a nerd I am with legal rights. Well anyways I'm tired of typing.
