That story about the "wasteful" lady reminds me of when I used to work at the cafe in a Barnes and Noble in Charlotte. I had a woman ask for 3 pumps of chai and when I gave it to her she brought it back bitching at me that I had used too much. Although by far the best was "Crazy Espresso Guy", some 40 year old bald dude who used to hit on the female employees. To this day he thinks my name is Shannon because when he asked me what my name was I had a minor stroke and said the first thing other than my name that came to mind. Ah, manual labor...
