Doctor Who 4x13 (Spoilers)
So its been a couple of hours since I watched the finale...I still can't decide whether I liked it or not. The fact that real!ten so easily let her go after everything sorta bugs me. I know it was with his double, but he was different. I look at him an think "fake!ten" everytime. He wasn't Rose's Doctor. Albeit, that kiss was damn hot and made my shipper heart skip a beat, but it just wasn't the same. And now that story is finished, finito done. I kinda hate Russell T Davis for it. As IF the doctor of any kind would 'settle down' and 'grow old' even if it IS with his former companion. Its not like him, even though he is supposedly supposed to be exactly the same. Argh. I dont know. Rusty would have been better leaving Rose as Rose was in Doomsday and then getting on with it.
Yet on the other hand there was so many win moments about the episode. Including naked!ten, timelord!donna, donna cracking onto Jack every chance she got, Jack's orgy comment and all the hand!porn. OMG there was SO MUCH of it. It was cracktastic! But back to the original dilema at hand...it was all hand!porn with Rose's REAL Doctor. So it seemed pointless to lead us all on. Gah.
Favourite part was that kiss the following
Jack: ....Mickey Mouse!
Mickey: Captain Cheesecake!
Jack: *hugs* Let's beefcake!
Catherine Tate is made of win, and I will forever hate RTD for doing what he did. WHY? There was no need! She was awesomesauce! Now all we have left is Jenny and River...oh man I hope its JUST Jenny, i could deal if that was the case. Speaking of companions etc I think I will enjoy TW more now that Mickey and Martha are on it.
And now randomly...lol i would find it amusing if fake!ten and rose's future tiembaby (cause we all know its gonna happen now...the dancing and stuff) one day has a part in the storyline. Ha, i know its not possible and somewhat stupid idea (maybe a fic?) but I would find it funny.
I didn't re read this before posting, so some of it may sound more harsh then is intended.
Also i cut it for most of it is rose/ten rambling and I really think I sound like one of those batshit shippers that everyone hates...you have been forewarned.
