I lifted her legs off of my lap slowly, only just moving her. I took two steps and heard the gentlest, most suggestive whisper of "Where are you going?" Turning around, I saw her still lying down, head resting on the armrest and tilted slightly to the side. Through the wayward strands of hair over her face, gentle eyes shined at me, paired with her semi-sleepy glorious smile that asked me to come closer. I smiled unconcously, and wordlessly knelt down in front of her. I pushed the strands of hair out of her face, and looked into her eyes for what seemed like hours, lost in the intricacies of her heart. In her eyes, I rediscovered the beauty I had found when I first met her, and I leaned closer, and told her "you're so beautiful". Her smile widened slightly, eyes increased in intensity, but she said nothing, only looked back, waiting. Then I lept into love's vauge chasm of hope, and she caught me - I kissed her, so softly on the lips. My lips held, and then moved down to her chin, pulling her lower lip ever so slightly. I followed the contours of her face up to her ear, and kissed lightly underneath the lobe. I whispered to her "I love you", and she knew I meant it. I held her close to me, and we stayed speechless in eachother's arms until the world regained a sense of time.
