Why my town sucketh ubereth
- We do not get Channel 10. Yes I'm serious. We have channel 7 and 9. We used to have channel 8, which was channel 9 with Charmed, Neighbours and Rove.
- We do not get Neighbours. I do not watch Neighbours. I have never watched Neighbours. But I mean... come on!! Neighbours is an Australian show!! I live in Australia! If I want Neighbours or Rove, I should be able to watch it damn you!
- The biggest shopping centre in the territory is called Casuarina Shopping Centre, about 5 minutes away from my house. This shopping centre is probably about 1/3 of the size of an average shopping centre in Perth/Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane. By the way, no David Jones, Myers or even *sobs* Jester's Pie!
- We are not considered a state. *mutters*
- We don't have a lot of brands that others have.
- We don't have Laser Quest. We have Zone 3. Just one.
- We have one university. My god.
- Our so called "mall" is just a street/sidewalky place with tourists shops up the side, some ATM's and a few nice places to eat. The so called "fountain" in the middle of it looks more like a sprinkler.
- Nobody here has heaters or fireplaces. Fireplaces are cool. I have seen about 1 in my lifetime. Same with the heaters.
