So we just came back from Mexico. We went expecting this great wonderful vacation and boy it was terrible. Oh MY it was bad. For the sake of saving time, here is an email I sent out last week:

We had amazingly wonderful experiences in Mexico, and it was all due to the resort.

I hate that it sucked so bad for you :(

We stayed at the Gran Porto Real in Playa del Carmen. Calling it a resort would be a bit of a stretch. It was a hotel.
