Brilliant way of giving voice to Ron's thoughts and how important was to him to please her, although he knew he wasn't brilliant at dancing at all. :)

I'm so glad you focused on Ron's desire to be closer to Hermione, rather than lingering jealousy of Victor. His self-confidence comes through, and we can see it increase in his reaction to Hermione's enjoyment. Bravo.
