I'm not that political; I've never had the head for it. I wish it were otherwise, and I'm trying to make myself more aware, but it's a weakness I acknowledge and have never been happy with.

But I can do first grade math.

I think these calculations also need to take into account how much each of these nations spends on joint peace-keeping forces - I think the UK and some other European countries would come out of that calculation quite well, and it should be offset against the total military spend.
