HBO's brand new drama series from David Simon, creator of The Wire and Generation Kill, and Eric Overmyer, writer-executive producer of Law & Order, Treme is set in post-Katrina New Orleans, chronicling the rebuilding of a unique American culture after historic devastation. The cast includes New Orleans native Wendell Pierce (The Wire), Clarke Peters (The Wire), Khandi Alexander (The Corner), Melissa Leo (Frozen River), Steve Zahn (That Thing You Do!) and Kim Dickens (Deadwood).
