Funny and fantastic looking trailer for In Bruges, a dark comedy about a pair of London hit men trying to lay low in Bruges, Belgium. Very much out of their comfort zones, the men find themselves drawn into increasingly dangerous entanglements with locals, tourists, and a film shoot. Soon, their perspectives on life and death are violently skewed. Colin Farrell, looking more comfortable in a role than I've seen him since Tigerland, plays one of the hit men. Brendan Gleeson plays his partner, Ralph Fiennes is their boss, Harry, and Clemence Posey also stars. Film is written and directed by Martin McDonagh, Oscar winner for his short film Six Shooter (2006) and award winning playwright. [imdb]

The Guardian profiles actor Ian McKellan.

alexandral has posted about the character of Josef Konstantin (with visual accompaniments) from Moonlight. Related: at Slate, "Hollywood's alarming obsession with hedge funds".

Sneak peak from tomorrow's episode of Heroes, "Truth and Consequences". Also, an audio interview with David Anders who plays Adam Monroe (contains spoilers). According to DA, he will be back in Volume 3.

Both Anders, the script, and the people behind the show keep insisting that Adam Monroe is more than 400 years old. Yet, if it was only in 1671 as "Kensei" that he first manifested his healing ability, it wouldn't make sense for him to be much more than 360 or 365. So, either the writers and creators are just really terrible at maths...or, Adam had already stopped physically aging, and was at least 64 years old (or closer to 94 if he was already 400 in the 1970s, when the Company imprisoned him), before he realised that he could heal from any wound.
