HI I LOVE MY AUNT'S HOUSE IT HAS INTERNETS.
Uhhhhhh I really should be applying for jobs.
But sob Internet how I have missed thee.
aznramaster talked my mother into talking me into going to the Hatsune Miku concert at AX.
idek.
That reminds me, is anyone going to AX?
My parents are on some diet that requires a lot of fruit and yogurt. We have like half a flat of strawberries in the refrigerator.
I'm getting back into reading, trying to read a bunch of new books and trying to read all the books I have lying around the house from years of collecting that I never bothered to read. I also went on a massive book buying spree when the Borders in Chapel Hill closed so I have all of those too. Last month I finished Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell with
b_radwick, and we're starting The Third Policeman as soon as my mother gets it from the LA Central Library tomorrow. I started it when I checked it out from Duke, but then hell broke lose and I never finished. Bri convinced me to read Vampire Academy (I can't believe I read that. And I can't believe that I enjoyed it way more than a book of that title should be enjoyed). I also started reading in Japanese again (along with watching Japanese TV).
Currently I'm working through The Neverending Story (how have I not read that before? Did I Wikipedia it?) and Kingdom Come, along with 闇の守り人.
I ALSO FINALLY started Professor Layton and the Curious Village and AM KICKING ASS AT IT. It really pisses me off to not be able to solve a problem so I've put on almost 4 hours and I'm only at chapter 4 because I sit and stare at puzzles and restart them endlessly until I get them right. I hate how some of the puzzles are just about wording - those are not puzzles, those are riddles and test my ability to pay attention, not logic my way through things 8(
This is because I started Castlevania but started failing midway through the first world, lmao. I should go Google that and figure out how to get past the giant suit of armor thing.
Okay, time to stop screwing around and go clean up RP mess.
