So I'll do them one at a time, as I complete them; although since one of them will never be complete, I'll likely drop off that one even though it's the easiest one

Meh I didn't feel like I got much out of Seirei no Moribito. I watched it start to finish and is one of the few anime that I felt wasted a lot of time....

I actually think it's one of the best anime I've ever seen.

More like in terms of why you think it's great. Maybe I'm just a typical shallow male otaku who likes flashing lights and big bold action moves instead of stuff like "character development" or "plot"

The art was gorgeous, the characters were interesting, and the style of action was much different than most of the other action that's offered (which we all know I love to little tiny pieces). It's also firmly grounded in relationships that aren't friendship or the relationship of more or less equals; we're talking about actual children and actual adults (however you want to define those terms). It also presents a world that is in no way supposed to be our world, and in that sense is a fantasy world that's unlike most of the fantasy anime generally offers (which tends to be a fusion of the "real world" and elements of fantasy, or alternate versions of our world).
