Weekend Fun
Another weekend wrapped up and go by good. Friday was a pretty plan day b/c I did some running around by myself. We had Friday off from work and I used the time to take care of some stuff. I hit up the mall, Target, and Wally. Got some shoes, a belt buckle, and tried to find a battery for my video camera. I stopped by Exprez It to see if Cedric or Brian was working; which was a waste of time b/c I already knew who was working. I wound up stopping b/c I saw Joe’s car parked out there. I hung around there for a while talking with Joe and Reby about various stuff. Ritchie FINALLY showed up after awhile; that boy takes forever. We stuck around until the store closed then headed back to my house. We sat around for a bit talking to Homeslice and Vicky while standing around the fire. Rich was on the phone w/Pam so that meant he would be in one spot for a while. Homeslice and Vicky hung around till 1am and they rolled out. Michelle showed up a bit later and we basically sat around till the fire went out.
After that we rolled to our usual weekend spot of Wally World. We went in looking for a knife sharpener and some other stuff. We walked around in there for a while just talking and looking at stuff. Michelle got a new phone so we wound up standing in some random aisle seeing what the camera was like and how long the video would record for. That of course got Rich started with he’s none working ass phone; in turn I became the damn gin pig for them as well. They both took a shit load of pictures and we just about walked the whole store it seems.
Finally ending our trip at Wally’s we hit up the Awful Waffle for some food. That place was packed since it was almost 4am when we rolled in there. We eat, talked, and goofed off of course. Steven was working so after things started to die down in there I talked to Steven for a bit. We wound up sitting there till almost 7am. When we left there we rolled by Boot Hill to see what time they open for our trip there later that day.
12pm…
We all made plans to go to the Mall and meet up with Pam. 12pm rolled up HELLA fast I swear. I got up, dressed, and by then Rich was here with Vicky in tow. We had to roll over to Michelle’s to wake her ass up b/c of course she was still sleeping. After finally getting everyone in the Jeep we still have to go pick up Homeslice from he’s bass lesson. We all made it to the mall in one piece and before Pam. We got there and I played a round of DDR w/Michelle before turning it over to Vicky. After that Homeslice and I rolled over to Radio Shack b/c I wanted to check out the cell phones. I almost wound up spending $200 on the sweet ass Samsung phone that is Sprints response to the Razor. Only thing it has that the Razor doesn’t is the media player feature and the XM radio ability. Good thing I walked away from that though or I wouldn’t have any money right now.
Game Stop…
We hit up Game Stop to see if they had anything good and of course as always they do. I was going to just get the first season of Reno 911, but of course the guy had to tell me the used DVDs were buy 2 get one free. After that I started to look around when Michelle showed up and we started looking at all kinds of stuff. I wound up walking around w/this HUGE stack of games for all my systems and some DVDs. But everyone talked me down b/c of course I didn’t want to spend my whole check in that one day. I bought Reno 911 and 2 games. Next paycheck I’m soooooo getting Guitar Hero!!!!! That game totally ROCKS THE HOUSE!!!
Spencer’s…
We hit up Spencer’s to check out the belt buckles b/c I wanted to get some more. Michelle got her a lighter from there like the wrest of us did. I saw two I wanted to get, but before I got them we went to hit up two more places to check what they had. I looked around and wound up back at Spencer’s buying the ones they had there. After that we stopped for some food and headed to the house.
We stopped by Exprez It to check if Joe was there, but no show. We all got cigarette holders well all of us but Vicky. So now we all have holders and lighters. We were talking about what we would call out car club if we started one. Somkin Jokers is on the table, but we won’t have an officle word until Michelle gets her car out the shop. Well we had to drop Michelle off b/c she had plans to go out that night with John; then it was off to Boot Hill.
Boot Hill…
We went to Boot Hill to look for cowboy hats, long coats, belts, and boots. Rich also wanted to see if he could get the had he was now reshaped as well. Rich, Homeslice, and I all found hats we want to get. We plan on getting them next week sometime which will be funny b/c we’re going to wear them out of the store. Rich found a Tim McGraw style one, Homeslice found one that confederate style that just TOTALLY fits him, and I found one that was a slight gunslinger style; I also liked the George Straight series hat. We looked at the long coats they had which were only two…all three of us once again found coast that we wanted. I plan on getting my on payday, which I think will rock. The sales lady also helped me find a belt for all my new nifty belt buckles. Vicky even found a belt she liked which she got as well. After that we all looked around at the boots, wallets, and various other things they had in there. We told Vicky if she comes back for the summer we’re totally going to hook her up w/a hat, boots, belt, and shirt since it will be to hot for a coat. She totally agreed to it so we’ll see what happens. So the three of us found hats and coats; all that’s left now is to find some boots. Rich has a pair at home he said I could have some that will cover one thing. I so can’t wait to get my western ware b/c I’m all about wearing it everywhere we go. Just b/c I look punk rock doesn’t me that’s who I am all the time.
When the adventure in Boot Hill ended we all loaded up and went to my house to drop stuff off and pick up the welder so Rich could fix my exhaust. We ran to he’s house to zip that up and then went to the movies. We saw “Waiting” at the dollar theater. It was totally funny and Dane Cook is a funny bitch. Once we got back from the movie we started a fire so we could sit around talking again. We took some pictures but of course as always Michelle was missing. There is always one of us missing when we try to do group stuff. So we hung around for a bit doing that and then after awhile everyone went home. I think it was a good close to Vicky’s visit since she leaves on Tuesday. I hope she had fun hanging around us goof sounterns…Later Days
