You smiled upon me today. I don't want you to think I didn't notice, because I did, and now I'm saying so. Thank you. Please continue to do so in the future.
So anyway, I have a bed now. A bed which was perceived to be worth less to me than it actually was, allowing me to acquire it for substantially less. I do feel a little bad, but back when were going over what was staying and what I'd pay for it, I really didn't have any interest or need in the bed. (Back when I thought I could magically teleport it to Troy, I guess)
Also, it's not a twin-sized bed! This isn't actually that big of a deal, except that I thought it was a smaller bed. Hooray for nice surprises.
Most importantly, though, the gentleman from whom I am subletting moved out today, and I have the keys to the place. MY place. This is fantastic news.
