I mailed it.
I could find the first post office (and the one-way street meant I couldn't try again). Then I got lost for an hour trying to find the second (WHY!? WHY CAN'T I TURN LEFT? WHY DO I HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND IN CIRCLES, BUT THE ROADS ARE UNINTUITIVE AND THERE'S CONSTRUCTION!?). Eventually I found the second post office. It was more or less where it promised to be, actually, it was just that getting onto that street was a bitch and a half (no, a bitch and three quarters!)
Anyway. I'm done. I assembled all the paperwork, put it in an envelope, found a post office, and mailed the envelope. The end. Fin. kthxbai.
Now I just need to wait almost 3 months to hear back, at which point they'll either say "you've been rejected" or "come in to interview next week." The whole application process is distinctly *not* user-friendly.
