From the workout front…
Workout A
Front Squat 3×5 @ 110
Bench 3×5 @ 180
Deadlift 1×5 @ 265
Places for improvement:
Squats
I can’t do back squats (yet) due to shoulder mobility, but I’m stretching them out every day. I’m hoping to be able to grab the bar in another month or so and change from front squats to back. My weight should improve after that. I’m also working on my hip flexors. I can go to just below parallel right now, and I think I can get full ass-to-ground mobility in another few months.

Bench
Not too bad, but I need to work on my breathing now. Occasionaly my ganglion cyst makes lifting heavy a very difficult thing.

Deadlift
I like my form on this one, although I’m beginning to lose grip strength. I’m also using a titch too much back and not enough glute.
