So, Friday night I went to work and Queve Nasty Pants and I ate healthy for once. I had a veggie sub from Quiznos, no black olives, no cheese, fat free vinagrette. Only bad part was the guac and the bread. :D we were steadily busy, not too bad. The boss called and made us clean real good, so we did. I got out at 10:30 or so, came home, made cookie dough until 11:40 or so, and went right to bed, since i had to wake up at like 6.

So Saturday morning dawns, and i do my workout (45 mins, mostly upper body this one, but also of the step aerobic variety), shower, wake Chris up and he grabs all of the stuff to be taken to my friend's house and puts it in the car, and I was off. We baked for 9 hours straight. We made 14 varieties of cookie. Chocolate chip, scotchies (oatmeal w/ butterscotch chips), rugelach, (which are like crescent rolls filled with sugar and cinnamon), mint kisses, (choco balls with mint kisses in the center, covered in powdered sugar), Chris's personal fav, rollo cookies, (choco cookies with rollos baked in the center, drizzled with white chocolate), pecan bourbon tarts (like mini pecan pies), orange cranberry cookies, lemon cream cheese spritz cookies with blackberry jam centers, coconut sugar cookies, hawaiian cookie tarts (pineaple preserves and coconutty topping) mexican wedding cakes (nutty little balls covered in powdered sugar),peppermint bark, english toffee shortbread, and peanut butter blossoms.

Then, I got home, my feet were killing me, but we had tix to see Barenaked ladies over at Washington Twp. high school. They had a great band opening up for them, A 5 piece band called the Levees, being Jewish was their schtick. It was a holiday show, so they were singing songs about potato latkes and stuff they were really wry and funny. Then, they had a kid's chorus come up on stage, and some lady shouted, "Bring on the Ladies!" and the crowd booed her. BNL came out and sang 3 songs with the chorus and it was awesome. They were great, did 2 hours and 2 encores- tired as I was, the show was all around amazing- I'd see them anytime. :) then the hubby and I came home and crashed like we'd been punched by a big burly man.

I wanna see Harry Potter today! I'll keep you posted.
