Yay, I'm not fired.
I have passed the three-month probationary period for my job. Huzzah. No more 80% pay for me, and I feel slightly more secure.
I would also like to add that I love my job so much, one hour work days, at home, are my favourite type of work days. Over the last couple weeks I've written more on a couple papers than I managed when that was actually my job.
