In less than one week, the end of the world will take place in Toronto - and a theatre experience will unfold unlike anything you've ever experienced.
ByoLogyc: Retreat is a theatre experience that puts you inside a live simulation of the end of the world, where you decide the part you play. Futuristic biotech corporation ByoLogyc is evacuating Torontonians to its safehouse at the Evergreen Brick Works... but what part will you play?
4 different tickets mean 4 different paths through an interactive performance unlike anything you've experienced before. Will you uncover ByoLogyc's secret plans as an evacuee, a private security force soldier, a ByoLogyc board member, or an insurgent looking to bring the company down?
The story of ByoLogyc's rise and fall has been created by Toronto design collective The Mission Business. The story has been brought to life online and at immersive live events across 2012; including Scotiabank Nuit Blanche, the Toronto Fringe, WorldFuture, and NXNE. Now the apocalyptic story is reaching its climax with a one of a kind interactive theatre event called ByoLogyc: Retreat.
