Life: sunny, with a chance of falling objects.
So far, this week is two for two on good days with unexpected mishaps. On Monday, I got caught on my bike in a pounding rainstorm (complete with bonus hail), while wearing nothing waterproof of any kind. On Tuesday, my MacBook crashed completely (my attempts to snap it out of the crash may not have helped this), so it's at the store now waiting for my repair appointment tomorrow.* Will keep you posted if trends continue.
I'm assuming it'll take at least a few days to get my computer up and running, so I'll be checking email less often than usual. Those of you with my number, feel free to call/text at will (yes, I'm now texting-compliant). :)
* By the way, for those of you who have not had a Mac crash before: every friend who you mention this to will proceed to gleefully make jokes about how they thought Macs never crash, revelling in the Schaudenfreude after years of listening to Apple diehards (which I'm not) wax rhapsodic.
