Hello again~

I'm settled into my work schedule and now that I'm less of a newb at it I'm finding it much more enjoyable.  I still hate doing cashier stuff but since I'm mostly working on the phones it's fine.  I hate it when we get a crazy/angry customer on the line though.  My job is to transfer the phones, and it sucks when the department won't ( Read more... )
