Well, it seems that I am no longer welcome at Starbase Indy. I seem to be too inappropriate to work the concom or even attend. Now how shitty is it that they don't even want me to attend if I pay for it (not that I would, their prices are outrageous). The upside to this is that we have less stress in our lives, we won't have to skip church as much ( Read more... )

You have got to be kidding me. WTF! If anyone did anything inappropriate, it was me. Hello? I had to ask Dominick how many licks... That is complete BS. It isn't like you did anything worse than I did. Does that mean that Dill and I aren't allowed to go because of the "Dominick incident?"

I am so sorry. I doubt Dill and I go because we missed out on so much that we like to do. I am not saying that we didn't have fun, but Dill and I truly love going to the Tree Lighting on the Circle and we haven't been for 2 years. (We are also insane and love to go out the Day after Thanksgiving to shop and watch all of the insanity.)

Again, I am sorry if I am the cause of any of this.

Nope, you were in no way related to any of this. Actually, none of the Dominick stuff was even brought up as a problem. Frankly, I'd just rather not go to the convention and have my Holiday weekend back. Besides, we had been thinking of droping off the concom anyway. We're also considering dropping out of InCon after this year too.

Is this because of the problems with someone else who attends. Actually, I don't care if it is. Dillan and I want to see you there. We love you and Beldie very much and we would miss having you there.

On a totally different topic, when should we get together to start getting our robes together?

Actually, it's more the whole attitude of the entire group that we are second class people. We stopped being paying members of CoJ last January and given what's been happening lately, we really don't wish this to change.

We have never been in any way accepted by them in any way and I really don't feel the need to be ill-treated by another group of people. I have quite enough people that treat me like shit and I really could do with trimming that amount down a bit.

As for the robes, I need to get the pattern this weekend and then find out what my work schedule is going to be. We should get to work on them sometime in February though.

I have heard about some of it (about what has been happening) and I was quite surprised. (I wish you had the friends-locked so I could say more w/o others peeking in.)

I am scared that InCon will not happen this year because of the financial problems and such. I want to go. I will probably always go because I love so many of the people in the con (including you and Beldie) and sometimes this is the only time I get to see these people.

Dillan and I are still considering becoming members of CoJ because we don't want InCon to go away. I really wish you would reconsider this. If you don't want to be involved in the con, then go and have a good time w/o volunteering.

Please, please, please...

We'll finish this whole discussion in private. The stuff I'm referring to above is probably not what you are aware of (there have been some MAJOR things happening with CoJ in the last 3 months).

We plan on going to the meeting, too. We can always go off to the side and talk. the local radio station 93.9 The Song is sponsoring a concert that night that Dill and I are thinking about going to.

I bet Beldar would enjoy it.
