Hear Me ...
Well, it seems that I am no longer welcome at Starbase Indy. I seem to be too inappropriate to work the concom or even attend. Now how shitty is it that they don't even want me to attend if I pay for it (not that I would, their prices are outrageous). The upside to this is that we have less stress in our lives, we won't have to skip church as much and we get Thanksgiving weekend back. It's also annoying because one of the two things they site never happened and the other did happen but when I went to appologize, the person actually apologized to me and thanked me for making the situation better. Oh well, life goes on.
Apparently the phone lines were pretty screwed up last night and _falnfenix_ couldn't get through. She's supposed to call Friday evening (or I may call her tomorrow night) so we can make plans for Saturday. Hopefully her flight went well and she will be spending a lot of fun time with her sweetie making up for all of their time apart.
Tonight we're seeing "From My Hometown" at The Phoenix. It looks like a typical sort of musical review so I don't expect it to overwhelm me or anything. Anyway, it should be a nice show.
I guess that's it for now. I've been tagged by several people so memeage will probably follow later.

Ok, It seems I need to expound on my previous post. The incidents deemed inappropriate were as follows: 1. I heckled the MC at the Costume contest and 2. I inappropriately touched someone in the autograph room.
The first incident did happen. I was not alone and I did go to the person later and apologize. He then apologized to me and thanked me for it. He said that he was having a lousy time and was not enjoying himself until we came in. He said he was very relieved that we did what we did and he looked forward to next year and that we should try to coordinate our efforts. I guess that’s not going to happen now.
The second incident befuddles me totally. I was not guilty of any inappropriate touching in any way whatsoever. I did get kisses from most of the celebs signing my autograph shirt but those were all given with their consent. The closest to inappropriate touching was when I groped "crotchboy" repeatedly during my karaoke song but he volunteered for it so that really can't be held against me.
Whatever! Much worse things happened that weekend and many of them by my accusers and those kicking me out of the convention. I only joined this whole thing to meet Jeffrey Combs in 2004 and we stuck around last year more as a favor to Kim and the others. I worked my ass off for these people and even got them a deal with Costco for free food, drinks, and other stuff and was constantly treated like a second-class person. Besides, I have never been a Star Trek fan and they aren't going to be able to get any guests that would make it worth going in my opinion so I'm just glad to be done with it all.
