Well, I'm still employed but I don't know for how long. The phone system didn't go live yet but I still haven't been trained. I called up the temp agency and let them know the situation and that I might get fired for this and they totally agree that I'm in the right and they are going to try to convince my boss to either train me or not put me on the phones at all. I've started letting my closer co-workers know that I might be gone over this and they all agree with me and have also agreed to be professional references for me (which I really need) so at least I have that going for me.
The whole situation is ridiculous and totally unprofessional. I really have not been through this sort of shit before and I've been through a whole lot a shit in my various bad jobs.
