Don't Know When I'll Be Back Again ...

Wow! I can't believe I haven't updated this since Monday. Sorry about that. I don't really remember doing much on Tuesday which is probably why I didn't update then. Yesterday was busy though. I did laundry, then had lunch with beldar, spent some time with carrie_rapp, ran a few errands, and by the time I got home I barely had time to have dinner and do my homework before it was time for bed. So this is the earliest I've been able to get to the updating.

Tonight's going to be busy. We're going downtown to the Smaller Indiana 7,000 member party & the "Halfway-to-St. Patrick's" party as well. Tomorrow I'm going to be spending some more time with carrie_rapp & then friendstephen & I are going to Irish Fest.

Of course, Saturday will be very busy as not only is it International Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day, it's also beldar's birthday so we'll be having a big party that evening to celebrate. Since her birthday's also only a few days afterwards, the party is also for veronica_rich's birthday as well.

Sunday should be somewhat more sedate but I'm not totally sure what we've got planned for then.

Today has been bittersweet all around. When my alarm went off this morning, it hit me with the news that Mary Travers had died. This really hurt because I honestly intended to see her in concert someday and now that can never happen. At least we have her music and video of her beautiful songs to keep her memory alive. Here's my tribute to her which helped cement this show in my heart:
