Just finished my bracket. beldar brought them home & made me fill one out. Just to make it official, I picked Morehead State in tonight's play-in game.
Also just finished a lovely Irish inspired dinner. I browned some thick, large country style pork ribs and then poured in a beer and a beer bottle full of water. I added a couple of quartered onions and some chunks of cabbage. Added some herbs (whole peppercorns, whole allspice & some bay leaves). Baked it in a 350 degree onion for about two hours. Served it with Irish Soda Bread. It was my fist time making it and it was delicious (I added some caraway seeds for extra flavor). Really yummy dinner.
Now I'm watching stuff on the DVR. Speaking of which, I finally got around to watching "Leverage". OMG! If that show had a cock I would so be sucking it and swallowing every drop (why yes, I have been drinking).
