Well, as I suspected I skipped out on the movie last night. I was tired and suspected that I might be trying to come down with something. However, beldar told me this morning that the film was very good. The audience applauded and everyone really enjoyed it (especially the running gag of the man struck by lightning seven times). I imagine I will get

I hope to be earlier than that in my arrival, like the early afternoon - I wouldn't want to stay too late because I don't know what the weather will be, and I need to pack to leave on Sunday morning to avoid the snow that I see on the forecast. (Dammit.) Do I need to call ahead or will you guys be home all afternoon anyway?

You should go ahead and call to make sure we're back from errands. Of course, if beldar gets home at a decent hour this evening we will do some of them tonight and have less for tomorrow.

You could call beldar & see if he's needed to stay there or not. I don't mind the two of you hanging out together. It's probably safer for all involved.

I should be home this evening after all. But Sports editor wants me standing by my cell phone as Plan B in case he or the other sports guy can't make it in from their games.

Managing editor is off today so I've got a lot to do this afternoon. Might be as late as 6.
