Hello everyone! I'd like to start off with Birthday greetings to dark_blade. I couldn't get you a real gift but maybe, this will come in handy.
I'm sure everyone's sick of hearing about the Primary results and how lousy the People's Choice Awards were (Doctor Who didn't win *sad cries*) so I won't go on about them. However, I did hear about a few amusingly ironic stories this morning. "Man stabs himself while stealing knives"(the title of the story is priceless) and "Child Molester chokes to death on wiener". Irony, please get in touch with Alanis Morissette.
So, not much else going on. Watched some stuff on the DVR yesterday. Made a wonderful batch of Thai Green Curry last night. I got ahold of fresh Thai basil and it makes all the difference in the world. The dish was amazing.
Tonight is the "Pay What You Can" performance of "End Days" at The Phoenix. Professional theater for the price of a canned good. How can you beat that?
I'd like to say something on a "this is my life" sort of note. I love the fact that not only is there a Squidtivity and Solstice Tree out there, but on my "Cthulhu Live" elist, someone asked if anyone had a skinned human carcass and received numerous responses. I love that these things are in my life.
I also loved today's Engrish of the day.
