Ok, now for the real update. Here's what I've been up to the past three days.

On Tuesday we drove down to Southern Indiana and visited Dr. Ted's Musical Marvels,Lincoln's Boyhood National Memorial, checked into our hotel (Santa's Lodge), went to Frosty's Fun Center for some yummy pizza and played one of the hardest rounds of miniature golf ever,

Cool! I have never been to Holiday World despite seeing commercials for it my entire childhood. It always struck me a sort of a cheap, rundown, second-rate type of place, so I am glad to hear that it's not!

I did, however, go to Indiana Beach several times. Now that is a fun little water park!

We're not going to be in Indy this weekend but there's a chance you'll run into my mom at the Talbot Fair. She goes every year and it's probably her very favorite event to go to.

I was really impressed with what a great place Holiday World was. I usually hate water parks and have a lot of trouble with heights so most park rides are out for me but I was easily able to ride over half of the rides in the park (almost 2/3 of them). With the short lines, we were able to go on favorite ones several times.

Tell your mom that beldar will be wearing his "Would Jesus Discriminate.com" shirt and that if she see's us, she should say hello.

Sounds like a lot to do in such a short time! But I like my sleep every so often, you know. :-P

We didn't make it to either of last weekend's meetings because Christie had to leave early Sunday morning and didn't want to be out late Saturday and on Friday, we headed to Ohio to see something we'd intended to go to earlier, but had put off and put off again and again ...
