(no subject)
Wow! I just realized that I haven't updated today. Anyway, things are OK. Work has me pretty busy. beldar had a very bad day at work yesterday so I baked him some rosebud cupcakes to say "I Love You".
ladyofglass & her beau won't be going with us to see Great Big Sea on Saturday (poopy-doopy!) but we are still all going to Penguicon together.
Tonight is the touring production of "Cats".
Beyond that, nothing much else is happening right now.
Oh yeah, Here's the link to the Mexican Manocotti recipe. BTW, I used chili powder & Mrs. Dash (the southwestern flavor) for the seasoning and if you use an entire pound of meat & a whole can of refried beans, you can fill one entire box of shells. You can cook it the same amount of time and it will come out great. Also, since I don't like chunks of tomatoes & such I always puree my water & salsa together. I originally found this recipe years ago in a magazine (Family Circle or Woman's Day) and used to make it all of the time. But my ex took the recipe with him when he left so it's taken me until now to finally track it down again. I hope you enjoy it.
