(no subject)
Not much happening. We never got the directions to the sewing circle last night so I'm going to try and hand-sew as much as possible and then finish up the rest on ambwilson's machine when we get there. I did manage to get some great material for the robes though. It's pretty durable and a nice darkish brown which will resist staining quite a bit. I think this will work out quite nicely.
Tonight we will be watching the "Snakes on a Plane" DVD extras & commentary so that beldar can review it. Besides cutting out the robes and getting them all pinned together, I'll probably also wrap presents and do some tidying up. It's looking like the weather is going to cooperate with us and be clear for the drive down and nice while we're there. I'm hoping that T-shirts with a light jacket will suffice but will pack some heavier stuff just in case.
I really wish I could take a day off this week so I could make sure I get everything done that needs to be.
