I only joined the committee the day before the meeting. The decision was made before the meeting, they just discussed it there.
I was personally very annoyed because Tracey screwed you around by telling you only coming on Wednesdays was enough, when Tash has clearly been saying all along that it's not. But she didn't know about your NIDA because Tracey didn't tell her.
I personally think it sucks.
I was also under the impression that Jacqui or Alison were going to call you and give you the choice of either NIDA or the cabaret. And I'd assume you choose NIDA coz it's much more important than a silly cabaret show.
I know you've got layers. I am aware. Like an onion. Or parfait. Everybody likes parfait.
I'd agree that in the past the committee has been negative, mainly due to Julia and Tracey basically fighting from within, and trying to stop Penny when all she wants to do is help people. That's what the company's about. Now it's just people who actually want the company to succeed it should be good.
But I don't see how it's the committee's fault when Tracey didn't tell them, and then Jacqui made the decision that you should choose.
I'd personally look to your 'friend' Tracey. But you don't seem to.
