I took my English Diagnostics Test this morning, at 10. I think I did pretty ok. I'm kind of nervous about some things. I confuse gerunds and participles all the time, and I'm pretty sure I confused them on the test. And direct and indirect objects of the verb. Blah.
But other than those parts, it was pretty easy. A lot about spelling, which I know I did well on. A whole big section on homonyms, which was really easy. And a big section on punctuation.
I only have to get a 60 percent. And there were 200 questions. So I'm pretty sure I'm ok.
I'll find out tonight at 5. I'll be impatiently waiting until then.
The sucky part about having to take that test this morning was that I didn't get to do my extra credit for American National government, and I really needed that. Now I'm just going to have to do really really well on this last test. I think my current grade is a 78 percent in there. As long as I get at least a B on this last test that I think is next week, I should be fine and end up with a B in that class. I'm pretty sure I'm getting an A in The Arts and Beginning Piano. My honors class should either give me an A or a B. Hopefully an A, as long as I do ok on this paper that is due tomorrow.
Too much due tomorrow. It's going to be a long night.
Hopefully I'll have some time at work tonight when things aren't busy to start one of my two papers that are due tomorrow. They're both short and should be pretty simple. should be.
I'm not sure I'm going to get a chance to get any food at all today. SUCKY! I'm already really hungry and it's only 12:30. It's going to be a long long long long day.
I'm in a complaining mood. Don't mind me.
