Now I know a lot of you are going to say, oh, yeah, her, I've read her forever.
But I hadn't. Not until several of y'all pushed, prodded, and generally coerced me into trying her. (What, a romance writer? Ehwww...) But I did, yes. She is that good.
So I just finished Devil's Cub, the sequel to The Nonesuch. And I was giggling madly, just eating it up as the most delectable treat ever. Jane Austin, with a slightly (but only slightly) more modern bite, wonderfully clever and catty, and enormous fun. This is my vote for ideal beach/park/hammock/chaise lounge reading. It's summer. Go have some fun!
