Mostly for locals, but the groundwork can be applied pretty much anywhere.

If you
  • a) still don't have an Digital-ready TV
  • b) use "rabbit ears" or an antenna
  • c) aren't sure which is which
  • d) have no idea why I'm asking
  • e) and still watch TV without using your computer
  • f) or are perhaps confused by Congress' waffling over dates

  • Then you really need to pay attention. Like to the world around you. But specifically to this information.



    For our areas here are the following dates for station cutover to digital:

    WGHP Fox 8 - June 12
    WFMY News 2 - Feb. 17
    WTWB/WCWG 20/CW - June 12
    WXII 12 - June 12 (by virtue of abstaining)
    WUPN 48 / WXLV 45 - Feb. 17

    TimeWarner Cable - Feb. 17
