Kon had definitely had some epic fails in his life. There had been the thing with Knockout, obviously, and then the thing with Tana and that had worked out just wonderfully...sarcasm heavily meant. There were some island fails, too. Mostly it was the fail that had happened when the island had messed with him and then his reaction to that. Some of it was fail with Cassie and then with Wallace. He hadn't handled his relationships that well while he was here. Then again, he hadn't handled them very well back home either.

The fail he regretted most or, at least, most recently, was the fail with Tim. Everything about the situation had been his own idiocy. First there was the game. Even if the other Tim would have found it funny, this one didn't. Not that he could have known that. But maybe that was his fail, too. He hadn't asked. What happened while he was gone? What happened in his future? He didn't know. He didn't really want to know. Maybe that was the problem with Bart, too. Kon didn't know anything that happened past him being older. How had he gotten younger?

There were a few things that the island had taught him. One thing was how to make a fire with only the things you could find on hand so, when the island got dark, Kon made a bonfire down on the beach. Krypto was off somewhere, so it was just him. Him and a handful of video games. They were all about him. Well, not all. Some were Superman and some were Batman and there was even a Justice League game in there, but none of them wee games he had played back home. None of them were available back home.

He started off with one about Superman and slowly but surely the games entered the fire. Only one or two people would care that he had them at all and he didn't think that they would care if he burned them. There was always another game to play on the island if you knew the right person to ask.

Finally, there was the last game and Kon just held it in his hands, twirling it around a little. Lego Batman. The game that had gotten him in so much trouble with Tim and killed any potential friendship he might have had with Jason, not to mention Jason's girlfriend. Before he could have second thoughts, he threw the game in the fire.

(Note: This is not actually a bad time to meet him. If you don't know him, he won't tell you exactly what he's doing. If you do, there's a chance he'll tell you what's going on. ST/LT is fine by me and I'll take tags until whenever you want to stop giving them to me.)
