Christmas Christmas Time is Here

It's been a weird month.

Brooke's boyfriend disappears into thin air like he never even existed, which Rachel can't even come close to figuring out how to make better. Her cat's knocked up. Raylan's weirdo friend from back home tried to blow up her place of employment, and now it's snowing. Which means Rachel has been here for a year. It was snowing when she woke up in Brooke's place to find her dumping her coke into the snow. When she found out just having her face had screwed something up, when she starting working at the club. Six months since she started sleeping with a guy who she had no idea would be the last guy she'd sleep with for hopefully a long time. It's weird. It's good. But it's weird.

After six months you start to wonder things, things that Rachel doesn't even know who to ask about. The last thing Brooke needs is Rachel coming to her for relationship advice. And God help her. Maybe it's the ridiculously weird Dr. Seuss thing happening, or the snow, or the overall nauseatingly adorableness of it all, but Rachel's feeling downright festive.

She sidesteps a couple of squirrels, frolicking squirrels, and stomps up the compound stairs, which are about as obnoxious and pink as the matching mittens and hat set she managed to find along with the naughty Mrs. Claus suit she wisely left at home. The almost warped looking door opens easily as she breathes a happy sigh at the warm air as she heads for the rec room. And goes no further.

"What the hell?" she murmurs, feet stuck as she tries unsuccessfully to move forward or backward. "Oh my God, is this a thing?" she yells, peering around until her eyes settle on a suspicious looking sprig above her head. "Hey, someone come kiss me! Seriously, right now!"

[ooc: Open to all! Rachel's stuck in the doorway to the rec room. Come get a kiss. Don't tell her boyfriend. He carries a weapon]
