"eSS-eEE-vEE-eeE-ENnn." Delirium said absentmindedly as she pulled on a bright orange pair of fishnets, grinning madly at the twins who watched her. Seven. It was an important number to Del. There were seven days in a week, seven colours in a rainbow, seven siblings in an Endless and the twins were seven months old today. Seven. Delirium stopped and jumped up and down clapping madly. "A ParTY! We'll have a party! Now! Oh, oh, let's find something for you to wear. An Unbirthday party!"
Delirium grabbed some clothes, throwing on a rather appropriate costume. Picking out a blue dress for Celia, Del smiled as she tied a black bow around her daughter's fine hair and kissed her softly. Celia laughed happily, smiling as she rolled onto her front and sucked on her squishy decapitated hippo head. Daniel looked less happy in his rabbit outfit. Picking the twins up, Delirium carried them both up into the Rec Room and placed them down on the floor with a few toys from her bag.
"Barnabas?" Delirium said looking around for her bestest friend and guardian. Barnabas woofed and padded over to his charge, looking at her bemused. "Guard the twins whilst I get mmm... cake! And ice cream! Maybe this is why I made cakes yesterday, do you remember? I don't... heee... CaKe!"
Delirium bounced off into the kitchen, clattering around whilst Barnabas watched the twins carefully. Bounding back into the Rec Room with cakes, Delirium filled the Rec Room with tea and food and then grinned madly at the twins. Swooping down on Daniel to pick him up and swing the scowling baby around. Daniel laughed as she bounced him up and down, kissing his frowns away.
"Can't stay mad at me forever, March Hare." Delirium said, grinning at him as she danced with him around the room. "Can he Celia? Oh! You're name spells Alice! Just wrong ways around kind of, we should tell grown up Alice that. He'll like that, won't he? Oh Grumpy March Hare, smile! It's your unbirthday!"
