The horse knickered softly when she noticed Robb approaching, clearly recognizing the man.
"I do think both I and Rohleod would like that," Glenn said, patting the horse one last time before moving away to looking over at Robb. "How are ye, Robb?"
"Taking it one day at a time, as always," he said, not wishing to burden anyone with the most recent loss. "This change in scenery is quite strange, though I suppose no stranger than the snow that fell not long ago. I cannot help but wonder what might be next sometimes."
Robb smiles a bit at that. "Always interesting, at least, isn't it? I admit I like the snow best; it reminds me of home. But this..." He gestures widely toward the jungle, shaking his head in lingering disbelief. "Amazing, really."
"Indeed," he said, with a sort of lopsided smile. "I admit I am curious about the strange ruins that have appeared, too. I suppose my days of adventuring have nae left me."
He had felt it even before he came to the island, too, despite the fact things had become quiet after the war. Idleness was not something he had ever been used to, and while he appreciated the peace there as well as here, there were some moments he felt the need to do something more.
Robb can understand that more than he's usually willing to let on. War may be hell, but it keeps you busy. "Have you been to look at them yet?" he asks, curious.
"Only the outside," he said. It was not like any ruins he had seen before, though he supposed that was a good thing. He did not ever want to witness the destruction he had seen when they had gone into the future of their world. "I perhaps would have gone in if I did not know of this island's...sense of humor, but, alas, I do. I would venture a guess it is full of danger."
"Indeed. It has been a long time since I was allowed to rest, and now that I have it, I almost feel...restless," he explained, looking thoughtful. "Perhaps ye would like to look into the temples with me one day? I am sure between us, we can see inside a bit."
Robb brightens, a bit glad to see Glenn's mind is heading down the same direction. "I think we ought to," he says. "After all, it may disappear any time, and we'll never have seen it."
Really, it would feel good to give his sword-arm a proper workout. "That sounds brilliant," he agrees. And then, on another subject entirely--"Your horse, I meant to ask, did you train her yourself?"
"Well, she was already well broken in when she appeared," he admitted, placing an affectionate hand against her neck. "But aye, I trained her some. I did nae own one back home, but as a squire I took care of quite a few in the stables of the castle."

"Perhaps in a day or two, then," he suggested. "Make a day of it, if ye wish."
