He had had a feeling this time.
Glenn had not seen Lady Eowyn in a while, and it seemed odd to him this was so. A quick check of her hut - empty, and looking unused for a good period of time - confirmed his suspicions, and he accepted it with a weary sort of resignation. People disappeared all the time here, and yet things still marched on here, unhindered. He took comfort in the thought that perhaps she was among her people again. She had spoken so fondly of them before, and he knew, if she had returned home, all was well.
He took Rohleod out riding a little while after the discovery - it seemed appropriate, given his friend's love of horses. The animal had become strong and quick, and seemed to have adjusted far better than Glenn probably ever would. She put him at ease, though, and by the time she had fallen into a trot his spirits had lifted somewhat.
He climbed off the animal then, moving to pat her mane, smiling when the horse nudged him with her snout in an almost 'I'm here' gesture. It was strangely comforting - perhaps because she would always be a reminder not all bad things came out of this place.
[OOC: Man and his horse. Despite the topic, he is in a fairly decent mood. You might even get a free horse ride. -g-]
