The stars were so clear out here. It was nice and peaceful and just nothing.
Which is exactly what Micheal was trying to accomplish. A nice state of nothing. No thoughts about people disappearing or how love seemed futile. How stupid this island was or how equally pathetic he was. Nope, just him and nothing.
Until he burst into a fit of random giggles that is.
The moment Micheal had realized that Ben had disappeared, a resolve seemed to come over him. With an odd looking smile on his face, he’d gone to Brian’s room, asked for some weed, declined an offer to join and went out to the trampoline and lit up. Now, the joint gone, he was just laying on his back looking up at the night sky and enjoying the feeling of not feeling at all. It was the only way he could deal with this.
Darren. Ma. Ben. The people he loved were dropping like flies. And those who led him into thinking they did love him still were. And he wasn’t talking about Brian or Hunter.
But instead of caring he just giggled again and tried counting the stars. He lost count at 23.
[High and giggling Micheal on the trampoline. He probably won’t tell you what’s wrong but it’s actually a good time to meet him. ST/LT welcome!]
